Does your office need a temp?

Offices with an average rent roll of 500 properties employ three portfolio property managers, all of whom have four weeks annual leave per year meaning that as the business owner, you need to cover twelve weeks holidays. This is where PMP can assist. We provide a solution during times that your staff are ill, on annual leave or in between filling roles. You can have peace of mind knowing your valued clients are still looked after in these times and staff can enjoy their break without worrying about the workload they will have to come back to. We can assist in all aspects of property management from reception, administration, leasing, new business, basic trust accounting and portfolio management. You can rest assured knowing whenever you need a temp we are there, and will provide the same temporary agent for the duration of the assignment. Fees are inclusive of mileage.

Executive Temporary management

Are you a sole trader or a director who just needs a break, but don’t have anyone to look after the daily running of your business while away? A manager or officer in effective control of a principal or branch office may be absent on annual or long service leave, or because of illness or other personal reasons.
