Welcome & Closing Circle
Join us in the magic of "Welcome and Closing Circles." At the heart of our retreat, these circles are where the journey begins and ends. In the "Welcome Circle," we unite to set our intentions, choosing who among us will embody the roles of Wizard, Elf, and Dragons Champion. It's a moment of connection and aspiration as we embark on our retreat adventure. And as our retreat comes to a close, the "Closing Ceremony" brings us back together. It's a time to release what no longer serves us, reflect on our newfound wisdom, friendships, and prepare to integrate it into our daily lives back in the office. These circles bookend our transformative experience, fostering unity, growth, and lasting memories.

Letter Writing
At our retreat, you can participate in a Reflection session. Explore your dreams and aspirations as you create a personal letter to your future self. Julie will assist you in clarifying your goals, providing you with renewed purpose and direction. Join us in this empowering experience to nurture your aspirations.

Yoga & Meditation
Start your day right with our morning Sunrise Yoga sessions during the retreat. Connect with the rising sun as you flow through revitalising yoga poses. These sessions offer a refreshing way to invigorate your body and mind, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. Join us and experience the serenity and energy of sunrise yoga to enhance your overall well-being during your stay.

Ice Baths
As an optional activity during our retreat, we offer the opportunity to experience the rejuvenating practice of ice bath therapy. This unique wellness experience involves immersing your body in cold water, and can be beneficial for relaxation, reducing muscle soreness, and enhancing overall well-being. Jet will guide you through the process safely, ensuring that you can explore this invigorating practice at your own comfort level. It's a chance to embrace the cold and rejuvenate your mind and body during your retreat.

Wine Tasting
No visit to the Barossa Valley would be complete without experiencing its world-renowned wines. As part of SOLITUDE ’27, guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the region’s rich winemaking heritage through curated wine tasting experiences, discovering exceptional local vintages and the stories behind them. From bold Shiraz to elegant boutique wines, these experiences are about more than what’s in your glass. They’re an opportunity to slow down, savour the moment, connect with others and appreciate everything this beautiful region has to offer.

Maggie Beer Farm Shop Experience
Step into the heart of the Barossa Valley for a truly special experience at the iconic Maggie Beer Farm Shop, where exceptional food, beautiful wines and a passion for local produce come together. Our experience begins with a welcome glass from Maggie’s non-alcoholic sparkling range before stepping into the famous studio kitchen of The Cook and the Chef for a guided introduction to the history of the farm and the remarkable story of Maggie Beer.
We'll enjoy an intimate seasonal cooking demonstration showcasing fresh local produce and Maggie’s signature range, complete with delicious tastings, culinary inspiration and tips to recreate the flavours at home. The experience continues with a guided tasting of Pheasant Farm Wines and Maggie’s Orchard Gin, hosted by the Farm Shop team. To complete our visit, we'll gather overlooking the picturesque farm dam for a beautiful grazing board lunch, accompanied by a glass of Pheasant Farm Wine.
