Nina is the founding director of Property Management Partners which commenced in 2019 with a single mission: to be the most successful, creative and ground-breaking property management consulting agency in Melbourne. With over 15 years property & business experience from training and consulting to setting up and running property management departments Nina Sutton is your solution.

Nina is experienced in managing large teams, training and consulting in Property Me as well as training new entrants into the industry via he National PM READY course. Since embarking on her real estate career, Nina Sutton has advised, assisted and eased the stress of countless clients. Her energy, professionalism and dedication, teamed with her friendly and easy-going nature, has secured many long-term working relationships. Nina a fully licensed agent and can often be found speaking at property management conferences as well as training & mentoring industry peers and upcoming property managers.

Ashleigh Rosam

With over a decade of experience in Property Management and a Bachelor of Business degree, Ashleigh brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our team. ​

A third-generation real estate professional, Ashleigh combines a deep understanding of the industry with a passion for innovation. Her extensive experience, strong leadership skills, and dedication to excellence will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of PMP’s operations. This includes managing our talented team, supporting our clients, and driving the success of our onshore outsourcing, training, and consultancy services. ​

Ashleigh’s proven ability to streamline operations, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional service aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing the highest level of support to our clients.

Chantelle Carman

Team Manager

Meet Chantelle

Friendly, approachable, and down-to-earth, Chantelle brings over 16 years of experience in Property Management to her role as Team Leader at Property Management Partners. With a wealth of knowledge, she has grown through various roles in the industry, which has shaped her strong ability to manage a wide range of scenarios and consistently achieve positive outcomes for both Residential Rental Providers and Renters.

Chantelle is deeply committed to ensuring her team receives the training and support they need to thrive. As a dedicated leader, she works closely with each team member, guiding them through their professional growth and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Her leadership extends to overseeing the Team Life and PM ASSIST programs, ensuring that all staff members are supported both professionally and personally, promoting well-being and job satisfaction.

Sarah Evans

Sarah began her real estate career in 2009 as an Assistant Property Manager and Trust Accountant, progressing through various property management roles over the past 14+ years.

Her extensive experience provides her with in-depth knowledge of all aspects of property management and the legislative requirements that underpin the industry.

As a professional and highly motivated Team Leader, Sarah thrives on the challenges of property management and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

She values clear, honest communication as the foundation for building strong relationships with both Renters and Residential Rental Providers. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring new destinations through travel.

Tanika Sutton

Portfolio Manager

Meet Tanika

Tanika’s passion for real estate began early, inspired by her mother, a successful specialist property manager. She started working in property management while still in school and pursued it full-time after graduating. Joining PMP in 2020, Tanika has excelled as a Leasing Consultant and Property Manager, combining discipline, determination, and a commitment to delivering personalised service to both property owners and tenants.

With excellent technical and time management skills, Tanika prides herself on building strong professional relationships and upholding PMP’s commitment to excellence. Originally from Queensland, she moved to Melbourne as a teenager and has since become a proud advocate for its vibrant markets, restaurants, and parks. Now a mother, she enjoys exploring Melbourne with her daughters Pippa & Ellie and her partner on weekends.

Jessica Roney

Passionate, enthusiastic and reliable, Jessica has enjoyed a successful career in Real Estate for over 18 years.

With previous roles in both metro and regional Victoria, Jessica brings across her wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of Property Management from reception and portfolio management, through to department management and business development.

Her friendly and outgoing personality and keen eye for detail are evident in her communication and rapport with the team at Property Management Partners and their valued clients.

Away from work, Jessica can be found running after her three young boys, and enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family.

Caraline Cook

With over a decade of experience in Property Management and a full real estate license, Caraline brings a wealth of expertise across sales, body corporate, holiday letting, and residential and commercial rentals. Her diverse career, including work in remote mining towns, Indigenous communities, and global hotel and resort industries, reflects her adaptability and commitment to excellence.

A previous business owner in the construction industry and an active CFA firefighter, Caraline is deeply engaged with the Surf Coast community. At Property Management Partners, she thrives on mentoring staff and is passionate about transforming the Property Management industry's reputation nationwide through her personable and forward-thinking approach.

Hollie Sutton

Events & Media Manager

Meet Hollie

Hollie is our vibrant and dynamic Events and Social Media Manager, known for her youthful energy and creative approach. Having joined PMP straight out of school, she quickly made her mark, starting in reception and working her way up through the ranks. With a passion for event planning and a natural flair for social media, Hollie has become an essential part of our team.

Working alongside Nina, Hollie plays a key role in bringing our world-class events to life, from concept to execution. Her creativity and attention to detail ensure that every event is not only seamless but memorable, reflecting the high standards of PMP. Hollie's ability to connect with people and keep things fun and engaging shines through in every project she touches, making her a vital part of our team’s success.

Hayley Savage

Trust Accounts Manager

Meet Hayley (Currently on Maternity Leave)

Starting in Real Estate in 2012, Hayley has climbed the Real Estate Property Management ladder. For the past 8 years, Hayley’s main roles have been in Senior Trust Accounting and Team Leader / Training positions in which she has thrived and excelled. Knowing first-hand the day-to-day challenges that Property Managers face Hayley makes it her main goal to empower, train and assist PMs in streamlining their day-to- day challenges and cleaning up their data.

Hayley loves the Trust Accounting side of PM and never lets down a challenge to fix a messy Bank Reconciliation. If you want clean books, you want Hayley on your side. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her young Son, Daughter, Husband, and pets.

Kasie Andrews

Kasie Andrews

After working for close to a decade as a Property Manager, Kasie made the very smooth transition into a Trust Account Manager more than 4 years ago. Knowing that Property Managers often have a lot to juggle, Kasie thrives when she is able to help her colleagues and clients by taking the accounts tasks off their hands.

Cool, calm and collected, Kasie takes any task in her stride. After working on multiple accounts for up to 2000 properties, there is not much that Kasie hasn’t dealt with, but she also jumps at the opportunity to tackle something new. Kasie lives in county Victoria, and being a home body at heart, in her spare time enjoys getting out in the garden and completing home renovations.

She has worked her way through the ranks, gaining hands-on experience in everything from reception and portfolio management to department management and sales. This extensive background allows her to understand the full scope of property management operations, making her an invaluable resource for clients and a trusted partner in addressing their needs.

Her expertise in managing portfolios, alongside her commitment to building long-lasting relationships, ensures that clients receive not only excellent service but also strategic advice tailored to their specific circumstances. During her on-the-job training at a credit and finance company, Andrea gained valuable experience working with the audit department, where she conducted audits, cross-checked financial information, and prepared detailed reports. This role sharpened her attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy—all essential skills she now applies in her role at Property Management Partners.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys weekend soccer matches, using the game as a way to unwind and recharge after a busy week. She also loves spending quality time with her fur-babies and looks forward to taking them on new hiking adventures.

I write to you about Nina and the way she handled the work on my apartment when the tenant gave notice to vacate. As you are aware, the tenant was a difficult person to handle and gave us all angst. Through dealing with both Nina, I felt the whole matter was handled extremely professionally especially the management of the final weeks of the tenant leaving. I must mention that Nina, in particular, handled the final weeks very well. She managed to take control of the situation and liaising with the tenant regarding the bond and the outstanding items that needed attention and rectification. At the end, the tenant agreed, through Nina’s negotiation skills to have all the defects attended to and paid for from the bond. A good result!

With over 15 years of property and business experience, I have extensive expertise in training, consulting, setting up and running property management departments.

Seeing a gap in the market for collaborative, on-demand training that is cost-effective, I founded PMP ACADEMY. In partnership with numerous industry experts, I created a membership platform to cater to all property management training needs, whether for beginners or seasoned professionals. These courses are designed to support career growth with new and updated content added regularly.
